Is this Grand Prix fixable?
I'm looking at a Pontiac Grand Prix and it needs a new in-tank electric fuel pump. The bumper is a little messed up and that's about all. The seller is wanting $300 but I would offer $250. Is the car even fixable? Would it be a good project car for myself?
It's a '95.
if all it needs is a new fuel pump and thats ALL thats wrong with it then yes it would be worth it. and if you have a way to get the back of the car in the air and a way to safely remove the tank then yes it is something that you should be able to handle yourself. but not being able to hear it start makes me leery of it. if you can afford fixing it and still be able to go if it sits in your garage for a while then go for it.
